Refund policy
International Orders
- We do not offer Return and Exchange on any International orders.
- If a defective/damaged item is received, a replacement will be sent after verification.
- If the same product/size is unavailable, a full store credit or refund will be offered.
- Discrepancies must be reported within 14 days of delivery. No claim will be entertained afterward.
- Current exchange rate will apply on refunds.
- If returned item goes on sale, compensation will be based on sale price.
- aaliyacouture reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges if abuse is detected.

Refund
- We have a No Refund Policy. Refunds may be allowed only in exceptional cases (e.g., out-of-stock or defective products).
- Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within approximately two weeks of processing.
- Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- We will not process refunds if the customer refuses to accept the parcel. Instead, store credit (usable online only) will be issued after the parcel is returned to our warehouse.
- If only part of a paid order is out of stock, a partial refund will be issued. If the entire order is cancelled, a full refund will be processed within two weeks.
- Current exchange rate will apply on all refunds.
